Return policy

Welcome to Aviela Online were shopping is easy, convenient and secure.

How to Shop

Step One:

Select the item you want to purchase and Click the “Add to Basket” icon to place the product selected your shopping basket.

Step Two:

If you want to change the quantity, type in the quantity you want to order for a particular product and click update quantities. You can continue shopping or go to check out. You can at any time during shopping review the items in your shopping basket by clicking on “shopping basket” icon at the top of each page.

Step Three:

When you’ve completed shopping, click the “Checkout” button.

Follow the on screen instructions to proceed through the checkout process.

If you change your mind, you may update the quantities on an item in your shopping basket or by leaving the check out page to cancel the entire order.

After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at 01442 506266 for assistance.

Product Availability

If an item is not available, it will be shown as out of stock on its product page, within the online shop. If you place an order that is out of stock, your order will be cancelled and a refund made to you.


All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered including VAT and delivery charges as set out in the Shipping rate section of the Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment Options section of this Website.

Damaged Items

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

Please notify us immediately by calling our us on 01442 506266 (Monday to Friday 9:30am – 7pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm, excluding public holidays).

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected


You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply call us on 01442 506266 during our opening hours (9.30am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday). Alternatively you can notify us of cancellation by email, by emailing with your name, address and order reference number.

You may also withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product.
